How do we give away more than 100% of commissions?
Well, first off, we don't give it away. You earn it by writing business.
Most agents don’t realize how final-expense comp is structured.
Most carriers pay hefty upfront commissions in the hopes you'll help that business stay on the books.
That’s why you’ll see numbers over 100%.
It simply reflects that carriers pay well above the first-year premium
to incentivize distribution and long-term persistency.
Apex pays top commissions, because we run lean,
we don’t have a bloated hierarchy, and we don’t play games with watered-down contracts.
At Apex, we have affordable fresh, exclusive leads,
we teach agents to write tons of business,
we pay higher comp, and
