No, all leads are fresh and exclusive to you. Once you purchase the lead, its yours and no one else's.
How are Internet leads generated?
Internet leads are generated through ads designed to engage specific audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviors. These ads prompt users to submit their contact information through a simple form, creating high-quality, real-time leads for agents to connect with immediately.
How are Direct Mail leads generated?
Direct mail leads are generated by sending professionally designed postcards or letters to a targeted list of potential clients. Responders have to find a pen, fill out the card, and mail it back to us. All that effort ensures the highest quality, and it's why DM is the gold standard!
How do I work these leads?
APEX provides training and a proven system to follow with working leads. Follow our roadmap for success, and get the best return on your leads.
What sort of ROI should I expect?
Your mileage may vary. A brand new agent should aim to close 20% of their leads. Good agents - 25%. Excellent agents - 30%. You have to work the leads to close them :)

Do all my contracts need to be with APEX?
Yes, we require our agents to have all final expense contracts with APEX. We offer top-level commissions, and we want to dedicate our time and resources to agents that are fully aligned with APEX.
Can I work part-time with APEX?
No, we only work with full-time field agents. We want to ensure our resources and time are dedicated to agents who are working full-time and giving this career their all.
